Submit a request to permanently delete your Astra HR account and associated personal data. We verify every request against the tenant record before acting on it.

What happens next

  • We verify the request against your tenant’s admin records.
  • Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days, subject to statutory retention requirements (e.g. payroll and tax records).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
